Pointe Shoe Fitting

Unfortunately at present we cannot arrange appointments for Saturday in our Altrincham Shop, because it is too busy!

For a first pair, pointe shoe fitting can take about an hour. Please read the following before atteding a fitting:

• Ensure that toenails are cut and feet are clean. Blisters or skin damage should be allowed to heal before attending a fitting.
• Please wear the same tights that will be worn for pointe work, preferably convertable toe as this allows us to inspect the feet before fitting.
• We need to see the lower leg so wear a skirt or something that can be pulled up to show the calves.
• If you have had shoes before please bring your existing pads and shoes with you.

Teletone Tap Fitting

We are able to fit technical taps (often called teletones, the capezio brand name). These have a sound board that is nailed to the sole beneath the tap..

Please allow 48 hrs from delivery to collect your shoes, although if required this can sometimes be done quicker.
