POINTE SHOE FITTINGS

Fittings may take up to an hour for a first pair so please account for this time. It is important to note the following information before attending your appointment:
 

  • Please ensure that toenails are cut short and that feet are clean and all injuries are healed.

  • Please wear clean ballet tights, preferably convertible toe tights to allow us to inspect your feet.

  • Please also wear clothing that allows for the lower leg to be visible (i.e. a skirt, shorts or fitted leggings. 

  • If it is not your first pair of pointe shoes for which you are being fitted, please bring your existing toe pads and shoes with you.

Our store offers personal appointments when fitting pointe shoes to ensure a high quality service. Please call to arrange a suitable day and time. Please be aware that if you turn up on any specific day and do not have a prior appointment booked, you are not guaranteed a fitting

Please note that due to a high volume of customers, we may not be able to arrange appointments on a Saturday. Sunday is a popular day for pointe shoe fittings, so make sure you book in advance to avoid disappointment.
